Stately 18K solid yellow Gold Byzantine style Cross with an oval cut 0.5 ct faceted Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald stone in the center and meticulous decorative granulation and wirework.  The body of the Cross has a highly polished finish around its border, while inside the twisted wirework the hand-hammered finish enhances the rich detailing with a subtle reflection of light.
