Silver Medallion of Alexander the Great

Solid Sterling Silver replica of an Ancient Greek coin (tetradrachm) of Alexander the Great wearing the skin of the Lion of Herakles.  On the reverse is an image of Zeus enthroned holding an eagle and a scepter.  The coin is held securely by four prongs on an outer ring.
