Solid Sterling Silver replica of an Ancient Greek coin (tetradrachm) of the Nymph Arethousa. On the reverse side there is a fast quadriga with Nike above flying to crown the driver, as well as the inscription ΣΥΡΑΚΟΣΙΩΝ (of the Syracusians). The coin is held securely with four prongs on an outer ring.
